Today - being the day before Thanksgiving - here’s a great tip for giving yourself a mental boost and overall warm and fuzzy feeling:

Visit The Hunger Site and click to give free food.

No matter how stressed Thanksgiving preparations may have you, if you visit The Hunger Site and click that little button, the knowledge that you just helped provide food to someone who probably won’t have a hearty Thanksgiving feast this year will make you feel better. I promise. I do it every day.
