Is Your Mental Health Worth $50?
“Mental health is part of total health.” - Kristen King.
A few weeks ago, I challenged you to adopt a certain slogan - a mantra, if you will - as your New Year’s resolution. Encompassed in this slogan is the key to help you achieve all other resolutions, goals, and life changes you want to make.
“I deserve better than this.”
Well, if your “better than this” includes becoming a healthier you this year, now’s your chance to shout it to the world and maybe - just maybe - win a $50 gift card to Target! That’s right, 50 big smackaroos to spend at the ol’ red bullseye.
Fellow blogger and super cool gal Kristen King is holding a contest over at Lively Woman. Simply list five things you could do to improve your health this year - including your mental health - in the comments of the official contest post by February 4, and cross your fingers!
Good luck!

No problem Kristen. Your contest is a great exercise in becoming - and hopefully staying! - aware of how we can improve our health!
