We all deal with stress, anxiety, and depression in different ways. Some of us lace up our sneakers and take off on a vigorous walk or run around town. Some of us lace up our boxing gloves and beat the snot out of unsuspecting punching bags.

Though, some of us like to take a more relaxing approach such as cozying up in a nice robe after a long bubble bath (rubber ducky optional), writing our thoughts down in a pretty journal, and then settling into bed for some much-needed sleep.
