Take NAMI’s “Grading The States 2009″ Survey

by Alicia Sparks, Mental Health Notes on August 25th, 2008

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is currently conducting an online survey to help prepare their report, Grading the States 2009, as well as help NAMI better understand “how well states are providing publicly funded mental health services.”

The survey, which will be available from now until September 30, 2008, is completely confidential and open to consumers and their family members who are at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with a “serious mental illness” such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depression.

When you have about 10-15 minutes of free time, take the survey online, and then feel free to forward the survey page to any of your family members and friends who may want to participate, too.
